By purchasing from carrasco photo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability.
• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.
• By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount for the product(s) selected, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

2. Custom Artwork & Framing

• Custom orders (including custom photography and framing) are made to your specifications. Please ensure all details are accurate before finalizing your order.
• Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be altered or canceled.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer national delivery within Mexico.
• For international orders, please contact though whatsapp before purchasing.
• All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Delivery times vary depending on location but typically take 20 business days.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Damaged Items

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged items.
• You may be asked to provide photos of the damage for processing.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns on damaged items within 15 days of delivery.

6. Privacy & Security

7. Limitation of Liability
